About Notice to Insurer Form

The Notice to Insurer is a form of demand letter, notifying the insurance company that payment is late. This notice acts similarly to a Notice of Intent to Lien (NOI), in that it threatens action if the payment is not made. It can be used on a construction project when an insurance company is involved. For example, a roofer that is replacing a roof after a hurricane, or a restoration companies involved in mold remediation.
