Aggregate Information: Information grouped by Levelset into anonymous sets of information. The sets may contain specific information, but the information is aggregated and/or randomized such that the information does not specifically identify the user or visitor from whom the information is gathered.
Anonymous Information: Information that does not specifically identify, and cannot be reasonably used to identify, any specific and particular user or visitor.
General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”):The GDPR (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all residents of European Union. It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU. The GDPR aims primarily to give control to citizens and residents over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU. The General Data Protection Regulation goes into effect on May 25, 2018, for all companies based out of the EU and for all companies that do business in the EU.
Further, to ensure that the personal information of any EU citizen is not used or processed in error, Levelset shall perform weekly purges of any such information to the extent any such information exists.
