How do you remove a fraudulent lien filed by a contractor that first claim the wrong amount and second, did not have specific certs for the scope of work.
And lastly , work claimed to be completed was not satisfactory nor would pass inspection.

A contractor filed a Memorandum of Lien using the license of a LLC. But the lawsuit to enforce the lien was filed in the DBA name of the same proprietor?
