Need advice, I pulled a mechanic lien on a property through level set, no word from the customer, went ghost on me. Level set will not give me the money
because it being an insurance job, insurance company paid customer in full but I haven't been paid. Should I get a lawyer now? Or what are my options?

Hello, We recorded a mechanics lien on a home in Indianapolis Indiana. The owner was notified of the lien, but was still able to sell the home without paying
