Is roofing essential. Leaking roofs are very dangerous. Plaster can collapse, and mold can form causing respiratory prob
Am I allowed to do emergency repair and replacements on roofs ? There are many dangers from not ventilated, leaking roofs. It can cause respiratory illness. Allergies, and not to mention dangers of plaster or the roofs falling in.
Emergency repairs are absolutely allowed under Michigan's stay home order if the work is necessary for the safety of the building and residents. And, if a customer's roof would be in danger of collapse, or if that customer would be at greater risk for illness (especially respiratory illness) - then the work would certainly seem essential.
