Hello, I have a question. We currently have a rider contract that states. The company “strives to pay in 30 days” but when we began to work with them they verbally had stated 30-45 days to get paid for work completed. They have now gone over the 30 and are well into 60 days. How can we get paid? They are paying very slowing and late. I’m sure they don’t have an infinite time to pay.
