The lien release process is relatively straightforward in Arizona. All you need is the lien release form referencing all of the initial lien filing information. Once you've provided all the required information, you need to file the document in the same county recorder's office where the original lien claim was filed.
Keep in mind, that you need to act fairly quickly. Under ARS §33-1006, once a lienholder has been paid in full the release should be filed within 20 days. Failure to release could leave you liable for penalties and damages.
