Does Nevada require General Contractors to file a notice of commencement?

if so, could you provide their NOC template? i could not find any information regarding this online. Also, Do all NOCs require the same infomration?

The state of Nevada does not require a Notice of Commencement to be filed on either public or private projects. For GC's working in Nevada, the only time a notice is "required" is when working on a residential project. This is a Notice of Intent to Lien, which must be sent at least 15 days before filing a mechanics lien. For more information, you may find these resources helpful:
