Oregon is not a state which requires a Notice of Intent to Lien. Certainly, a Notice of Intent to Lien can be a very powerful tool for recovery - regardless of whether it's an "official" part of the mechanics lien process in that state.
But, effectively - an Oregon Notice of Intent to Lien is just a warning letter that a lien will be filed if payment isn't made. As a result, a claimant could likely send multiple Notices of Intent to Lien if they would like to.
