I was highered to remodel. House and agreed to work for 2.50 per hr less for a bonus in the end house was completed on Nov 12 and people moved in on November 16 I have asked a few times about the bonus but he keeps stalling can I take all the labor hrs I invested and times it by the 2.50 and file a lien for that amount
With the caveat that it will all come down to the contract, yes. If you've been paid all but the bonus and the bonus was to be the $2.50 per hour, then that would be the amount. If the bonus was a fixed amount, then any lien would have to be for the fixed amount in my opinion.
