Under Washington's mechanics lien laws the claim must be filed within 90 days of the last date of furnishing labor and/or materials to the project. This is a hard deadline, if missed, you will no longer be able to file a lien. Keep in mind that there may be some preliminary notice requirements that must be complied with before filing the claim.
