If I got a rmo would I be able to do work in different states?

I’m general contractor but I have no license but all the skills necessary to get jobs done. In addition I have my dad to supervise and assist although he’s not licensed but a master in every contractors level. I’ve worked with him all my life and want to take a step further but slowly and am considering RMO!

At least in VA, all individuals or companies that perform construction require a license. Unlike some states, there is no legal way to simply work "under" someone's license. If you are going to work in VA, I recommend getting the license.
