If a NTO has been duplicated (sent again at a later date), Will that affect the validity of the NTOO

FloridaMechanics LienPreliminary Notice
Anonymous Sub-Subcontractor

We use to use another company for NTO's in Florida, then we started using Levelset and mistakenly sent another NTO-preliminary notice again at a later date on an on going project. Will this cause a problem? Thank You Charla Ostheimer Americut of lLorida

This shouldn't be an issue. Just be sure to retain the proof of mailing of the first Notice to Owner. If it reaches the point of filing and enforcing a mechanics lien, this receipt of mailing will be crucial if the owner attempts to invalidate the claim based on the tardiness of the second notice.
