I would like to file a lien in Louisiana for work completed on 09/30/2021

I am a water mitigation and mold remediation contractor and performed work under contract by the home owner. This client has insurance coverage which cover catastrophic loss due to hurricane Ida. The insurance company has passed their deadline per Louisiana statute and work has still not been paid. An intent to lien was sent on 10/27/2021. The insurance states that they need to send my estimate to a 3rd party for peer review, but this was said to have been sent on 09/30/2021 and an update was requested by the carrier on 10/13/2021. Now on 10/28/2021 they stated they need to send it in for review. I have all email communication between the insured, carrier and myself.
