how would I go forward in Liening the project with 3 different owners' but same company?

Anonymous Sub-Subcontractor

I'm working on buildings 1,2 and 3 but each building has a different owner but technically the same company. Ex. Building 1 is owned by Legend Point 1, Building 2 is owned by Legend Point 2, etc., Would I do a separate lien for each building or do one and list buildings 1,2 and 3?"

Thank you for reaching out. Check out this Levelset article that addresses your question: https://www.levelset.com/mechanics-lien/florida-lien-law-faqs/. You might find your answer there.

Should you have additional specific scenario questions about filing, you may wish to consider consulting an attorney privately. We welcome you to check out our Florida directory page of construction attorneys near you.

I hope this helps!
