Typically, a final lien waiver and release form will not include a through date. As the name suggests, it's a final payment waiver that will waive any remaining lien rights associated with the contract. A "through date" is typically reserved for progress payment waivers, it is meant to cut off the amount of lien rights waived up until (through) that date. If you are still expecting payments to be made, then a progress payment waiver should be used.
