How can the employee prove Covid was contracted on the job?

It'd be pretty hard to definitively prove Covid was contracted at one particular location. But, if there were others who had the virus on the site, or if the person contracting the virus was in direct contact with someone else who's tested positive, it'd be a hard proposition to refute. That's especially true if there's questionable sanitation on-site and if necessary distancing and PPE rules weren't in place.
