How can I bond around $10,500 property lien?

How much it will cost me to get a bond of $10,500. I have 2 brand new manufactured homes on a storage for few months, in the past week they filed a lien against the each home stating that I have to pay the storage outstanding fee of $10,500 for each home, however I wasn't aware of it until yesterday and I need to get a bond prior to December 01, 2019. Please advise, thank you.

Unfortunately, I'm not well versed in how much it would cost to secure a bond to avoid a lien claim. However, reaching out directly to a surety provider should help to clear up what it would cost/how to secure a bond to discharge a lien claim. Surety One has some helpful information on California mechanics lien release bonds and may be a good party to obtain a bond from. Alternatively, JW Surety Bonds or BF Bond may be other options.
