We have an upcoming commercial project in Massachusetts. We are wondering what are the requirements of this state for Licensing. Is it possible to be exempt from licensing if we are working under a Licensed GC.

Yes, if that GC pulls the permit and supervises the project. They would also need to be present for inspections. The size of the project also has certain implications.
