Good question! Timing out Texas monthly notices can be a real chore. Texas monthly notices must be sent based on when work was performed but left unpaid. Often, this will align really well with invoices. However, where the invoice date and the date when the work was performed vary pretty significantly, notices should be sent based on when work was performed and unpaid.
