I am building an ADU on my daughters property. I am on title to the property to facilitate the permit process only. The ADU is not finished so I do not live there. I had a falling out with the contractor I hired to build the ADU and am wondering if he files a lien and subsequent foreclosure action, how that effects my daughter's interest in the property. Do the lien notice and foreclosure action need to be served on both of us individually?
