I'm having trouble collecting payment from a client. I'm going through the Lien process in Colorado. What if there is no payment after the lien. Do I have other options to collect.
There are deadlines to lien and deadlines to initiate an action on the lien. Basically, if the lien doesn't get you paid, your option is to sue within that deadline to preserve your lien rights.
