What can I do to get the mechanic;s lien in escrow paid out?

The judge ordered that the mechanic's lien shall be wholly discharged and struck from the judgment index upon the payment of the amount of the mechanic's lien to the court. Does that mean it' dismissed as soon as they pay or until it's been paid to the plaintiffs?

It's hard to say for certain with the limited information available. However, it sounds like the lien will be discharged once the relevant amount is deposited with the court, itself - not when one party to the dispute receives payment. It sounds like this may be in reference to discharging a lien by replacing the lien with payment or security entered into the court (as allowed under § 1510 of the Pennsylvania mechanics lien statute). If that's the case, this resource should be valuable: Primer on Mechanics Lien Bonds and Bonding a Mechanics Lien.
