We have a project that the owner wants to pay us directly. The owner wants to set the pay terms as follows: we submit our pay app to the GC ( who has up to 30 days to review and process and submit to the owner) the Owner would then submit payment to us (the subcontractor) within 24hrs of receiving the pay app form the GC. I am just wanting to know if these terms work for us or against us when factoring in the Prompt Pay Act. Thank you
