My brother is part owner of a mechanic shop. We were working on my vehicle together on the weekends when the shop was closed. He became to busy to work on it so it sat. We had a falling out, and now he wants to put a mechanics lien on the vehicle for storage. He has never asked me to pay storage and now claims the bill is $250. I tried to have a towing service remove the vehicle and he said they could not take the vehicle. I have no idea what my options are. Thank you so much for your time.
