We are an installation company for pro a/v. Is providing streaming infustructure essential for clients

We are a local pro a/company and have many clients asking for live streaming infustructure and service. Is this considered essential to provide this service to avoid gatherings i.e. houses of worship?

Support and installations for streaming services would likely be deemed "essential" in Pennsylvania during this coronavirus outbreak. Pennsylvania has aligned its guidelines for essential businesses with the guidance from the Department of Homeland Security. In its guidelines, the Department pretty widely allows those working in communications-type roles to carry on with their work. Further, looking to the Industry Operation Guidance offered by Pennsylvania - it looks like most work supporting communications is considered "essential.' Of course, if you're still not sure whether you can continue work, you can use this waiver application to apply to have your business deemed "essential" - Request for Waiver/Exemption to Business Closure.
