Does a general contractor required to fill pou a change order in Wisconsin? Or do they need to notify amounts and materials not in quote?

A change order is not required but probably a good idea. The question is whether there is a legit agreement or contract between the parties for the extras. You can have an oral contract or written contract for extras. A written contract whether it's called change order or otherwise is going to be easier to enforce.

I have the same question as well. The proposal does state we would be charged for extras but I could they proof that I asked for extras or they just placed themselves
