Generally, mechanics liens aren't available for regular, non-permanent maintenance like mowing a lawn. More substantial work, like landscaping installation, may give rise to lien rights. But, work that's regularly required and doesn't permanently change the property - like mowing a lawn - generally won't be substantial enough to give rise to mechanics lien rights.
With that being said, other methods - like sending a demand letter or taking them to small claims court - could lead to payment.
