Assuming your business was in a direct contract with the owner, then use the information you provided to the owner (name and address of the business) as the lienor information. If your business was not directly hired by the owner of the property, then a Notice to Owner would have to be served on the owner within 45 days of your first date of work in order to have lien rights.
