There are always different options of documents to send when the conversation is not surrounding legal requirements. Kentucky does require specific notices to be sent within a certain time after work is performed in order to retain lien rights - so it is important to make sure the required notices are sent. Other than the required notice, however, any document that a party wants to send can be sent to provide information or attempt to facilitate payment. Letters, reminders about invoices, demands to pay pursuant to prompt pay laws, all have their place and can be sent at your desire. And, if you are specifically referencing Levelset, all such documents are available to order and send through the system.
