Owner's Notice of Commencement Expired, As the Prime Contractor Do I Still Have Lien Rights?

I am a prime contractor finishing up a job and the owner does not want to pay. The notice of commencement on the job is expired, but would I still have lien rights if I furnished materials within 90 days?

The expiration of the NOC does not extinguish your lien rights, but the lien will not relate back to the date the NOC was recorded. Instead, it will have priority as of the date recorded so it may lose priority to other lienors that already filed a claim of lien.
