Need a lawyer to go over options (willing to pay)

CaliforniaLien DeadlinesMechanics Lien
Anonymous General Contractor

I have a customer that will not pay. The job is not 100% because they will not pay their stage payments ( per contracted ) what are my options? the customer would ask for more time to pay and now he just blocks our phone calls. Can I still put lien if the job is not 100%? looking for a lawyer to help me in riverside county CA.

It sounds like you've got some potential lien rights and breach of contact rights. Yes, you can lien a job if it's not 100% done. Me or many of the other lawyers on this site can help you withh this.

Yes
You should be able to lien the property for the amount or value of completed work for which payment has not been made
