My mobile home has a lien by Orange County CA. I like to add my siblings into the title. How do I do

OC of California helped to remodeling my mobile home. The financial assistance has put a lien on my property which was fine with me. I only need to add my siblings into the title just in case. I am a senior citizen. Please help me to do it in the right way from step to step. Thankyou so much

That's a good question! Unfortunately that's a little bit outside of our wheelhouse at the Construction Legal Center - but I do think there are some resources that could help here. For one, the California Department of Housing and Community Development has a whole section of its site specifically for mobile homes, which you can find here: Manufactured and Mobilehomes. Further, there are specific sections for Registration and Titling as well as a section with all kinds of forms related to mobile home ownership - including transfers: Forms. Lastly, if that website isn't helpful, there are other online resources available where attorneys from all different practice areas are available to answer legal questions such as yours - here are a few of our favorites: Avvo, Justia, Lawyers.com.
