A workers comp defense attorney should be able to provide some expertise in this arena. You might be able to find one by searching "workers comp defense attorney in ___________(name of your city)". Further, it looks like Justia has provided a helpful resource here that breaks down construction defense attorneys by city. Finally, avvo.com would also be another helpful resource. At that site, you can ask legal questions and local/regional attorneys from all fields of law will be available to answer your questions and provide legal information. Plus, it's a good place to find an attorney if further legal action is necessary.
