Contractor have an estimate for $30,000. A contract was signed priori of stating the work. He collected $23,800 in cash and checks. He is not refusing to acknowledge check payments (we confirmed by text everytime we paid by cash), he destroyed our home and when we filed a complaint with CSLB he forged my signature to create a fraudulent contract for $350,000 dollars and filed 2 mechanic liens.
