Job in LA started on 6/6, it is $2.9 million is it too late to file NOC? I am a general contractor. if too late is there anything else we can do to protect us?

Assuming this is a private project, if you file the notice of contract now, it would likely be ruled untimely. These notices should be filed before the work begins. However, if you actually performed work instead of merely supervised, you must file a statement of claim or privilege no later than 60 days after (1) the notice of termination or (2) substantial completion/abandonment if a notice of termination is not filed.
