Jack Beckerman supplied material to refurbish property for a friend and would like to be reimbursed

FloridaBack Charges

Ref.: to a property for which Bruce Allan Drezner was the sole beneficiary of the Ruth Drezner Living Trust, owner of the property at 348 Fairway Circle, Weston, FL 33326 The property was in unhealthy and in an unsellable condition. Back in 30th of January 2015, Jack Beckerman, a Builder, agreed with his friend, Bruce Allan Drezner, that all the labour to refurbish his property would be done for free if in exchange he was living there in the same property for free for 2 years. Bruce agreed. The material however for the refurbishment would have to be repaid/ reimbursed when the job was done. According to Jack Beckerman, the payment for all the material had cost him $32,457.00. Jack Beckerman found out that, after all the work was completed, the property was sold for over $250,000 in the same year, 2015. Giving proof that the work was completed in less than a year, but Bruce Allan Drezner never paid for the materials or reimbursed his friend Jack Beckerman for the materials he had bought with his own money. Labour or materials were ever paid by Bruce Allan Drezner, though the house was fully refurbished by Jack Beckerman. There are witnesses that would happily agree to come forward to testify of what has been said and done. Jack Beckerman is eager to get this payment and I am here to help you with any further questions you might have. Jack Beckerman asked me to take care of the case but as a Forensic and Probate Genealogist, the least I can do is to help him to find a good team of lawyers who could take care of such case. I have got 11 photos and a letter written by Bruce Allan Drezner. Best regards
