The Fox Woods Homeowners Association wants to file a lien against one of its lot owners for failure to pay annual memebership dues and lot mowing fees per Association rules. Is the Mechanic Lien the correct document to fill out and record with the County Recorders office?

No. A mechanic's lien claim is for labor and/or materials furnished to real estate. Your HA should be filing a lien for unpaid assessments. Contact me and I can help.
