Is Materials on Hand the Same as Stored to Dated?

It depends on the context. Materials on hand are materials that are either specifically set aside for the project in question or have been purchased specifically for the project in question and the person who purchased those materials is requesting payment for MOH (Materials on Hand).

If, in your context, the Stored to Date materials are specifically set aside for this project or have been purchased specifically for this project, it is possible that Stored to Date could be the same as MOH.
