Is a payment receipt from the contractor a written release to avoid a lien or shoulf I get an additional release form signed y the contractor??
I have paid the project in full and want to protect myself from a lien from subcontractors in the case they weren't paid by the contractor. What release form should I get from the contractor?

Use the forms set forth in Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-1008(1)-(4) for both your conditional waiver and release and unconditional waiver and release
