In Washington State does the lien need to be notarized before recording

WashingtonMechanics Lien

Customer refuses to pay balance of his signed contract. Need to record a lien on their property. Notice of Intent of File has been received by the customers. I need to know if lien needs to be notarized before recording; if a cover sheet must be attached to the lien; do I need to hire a process server to deliver the lien.

The lien must be recorded within 90 days from the last date of charge or material date.

It must be recorded in the county where the property is located.

Yes it needs to be notarized and the fee is around $107. We can handle it for an additional fee if you need
