I'm the GC on the job and the client didn't pay. They own shares in a COOP for the unit where we completed the job. Would we list them as property owner, tenant or other? Thanks in advance.

the shareholder is merely a tenant. before you file a lien make sure that the contract does not exclude consent of the coop to the project. that might create a technical defense to the lien.

Thank you for your response. The coop was aware of the renovation. I just wasn't sure if I should list the owner of the coop as the property owner, tenant, or other on the lien.
