I am a kitchen and bath contractor that provides material and the labor to homeowners and the contractors. One of my builders that i know him since 2016 recently had some issues and it’s been keep delaying the payment on a project that we have completed on August 4th. I’ve been waiting on him this long bc he never done this before to me but obviously i just learned that i can not file a claim since it’s past the 90 days. Please help!
