If I surrendered a mobile home back to lender am I responsible for paying the lot rent to the mobile home park?

The lender already has acknowledge receipt of the property being surrendered and has the keys to the property. Am I responsible for paying the lot rent when I have notified the mobile park that I am no longer responsible for the mobile home? The mobile home has contacted the lender.

I'm sorry to hear about that. First, I'll note that the Construction Legal Center is a hub for construction law questions, and this is a little out of our wheelhouse. Avvo.com is a great resource for legal questions in other areas - such as the repossession of movable property. Having said that, if a lender merely has right to a mobile home (but not the land underneath it), a lease for the underlying land might still be enforceable against the lessee, regardless of whether they possess the mobile home that previously sat (or still sits) upon it. Continuing to communicate with the lessor of the property and the lender would be wise to keep track of the situation - if left unattended, it could potentially snowball into another payment dispute.
