I have been a GC in NC since 2006. Can I keep my business going in NC, and apply for a GC license in FL where I reside?
Hi I currently have my GC license in NC. I live in FL now and would like to start a business here. Can I have an open NC GC license and obtain a FL license having them both operational at the same time, 2 sperate LLCs?

I think that this question should be directed to Florida's Contrator Licensing Board. I would be surprised if you cannot do as you would like, but the regulators will be able to answer the question because they deal with licensing issues daily.
