How do i resubmit or reopen a certified payroll to make changes and then resubmit it

That's a good question, and I'm not quite sure what the answer is. I'm not aware of the ability to go back and edit a certified payroll that's already been submitted. However, if you reach out to your customer, they have likely had to deal with that situation before - where there's an issue with a previously submitted certified payroll that need to be updated or amended. Plus, even if they haven't encountered the issue before, they'll be able to advise on how they'd like the change to be notated.
