Mechanics lien claims don't attach against a business who's failed to pay you for your work. Rather, if you've gone unpaid for your work which permanently improved property (i.e. construction work) - then you'll typically be entitle to file a mechanics lien against the property, itself, if you go unpaid.
If you've performed work that permanently improved property in Pennsylvania, then these resources will help you pursue a mechanics lien: (1) Pennsylvania Mechanics Lien Guide and FAQs; and (2) How to File a Pennsylvania Mechanics Lien – Step by Step Guide to Get You Paid.
Finally, it seems like this question may have gotten double posted. Here's a link to the other question and answer which seem related: How can I put a lien on a company.
