We have a small outdoor equipment repair shop in Aliquippa Pa. Customers are not picking up their equipment in a timely matter and we are becoming a storage facility for them. Are we aloud to legally place a storage fee and how long do we have to hold the finished outdoor equipment before we can legally turn around and sell the equipment for the amt that is owed on the piece of equipment.
