My renters leased solar panels without my knowledge or consent. The salesperson or the renters forged my signature electronically. Now the solar company has placed a lien on my property.

A lien cannot be asserted against the property itself unless the lien claimant (solar company) has a direct contract with the landlord/owner (you) or if the lease requires the tenant to perform the construction work. Send a letter to the solar company (the lienholder) telling them to release the lien or you are going to sue them to quiet title to the property. That should get you a phone call and a chance to explain that they cannot your property unless there is a contract with you.
