You may need to send notice of the incoming lien. The best next step may be to retain an attorney to help file a Petition to Establish and Enforce a Mechanic's Lien. This is all assuming you are within the proper timeframe allowed to file a lien. If you are not, you may have a cause for unjust enrichment.
